Does Dollylace charge a fee for returns?
We're happy to offer one free exchange/return label per order on all US orders（Currently only supports USPS）. Users do not need to pay extra shipping fees.The courier company will pick up the package for free.

When will I get a refund after returning the product?
We will refund your payment to the original payment method within three working days after receiving the return.

You can return or exchange items that are unwashed, unworn, undamaged, non-final sale, with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
